INNO-LOK®

Our Hudson-Sharp INNO-LOK® machine applies a pre-zippered fastener transversely to your printed film to run on existing form-fill-seal equipment.

INNO-LOK® pre-zippered film can be used for both barrier and non-barrier packaging applications. Successful applications include frozen poultry, pet food, baking mixes, frozen vegetables, frozen seafood, and coffee.

Slitting

We utilize a cantilevered slitting process with duplex slitter rewinders. Our modern, top of the line slitters provide fine taper control and lay-on roller pressure control for excellent roll uniformity. Additional slitting services include folding, perforating film, and installing Inno-lok zippers.

Pouches

 We offer three-side seal pouches, stand up pouches with or without zippers, as well as tear notches, hang holes, and a variety of other cuts. Our state of the art servo driven equipment maximizes our ability to work with a variety of materials, controlling both temperature and pressure to ensure high quality, uniform pouches for every run. With leak testers on every line and a double-cut process for a clean, continuous graphic finish, we’re able to provide you with the highest quality pouches for your needs.

Coating

Specialty coatings can give packaging films additional properties to further suit your packaging needs. Heat seal, cold seal, barrier, and varnish coatings are all available to specialize your packaging.

Printing

Our top of the line 10-color PCMC flexographic printing presses and X-rite color matching software provide consistent top-notch printing quality. We also utilize AVT 100% inspection quality control so you can be assured of consistent quality throughout your production run.

Laminating

Our lamination processes preserve the quality of your packaging and provide a protective layer between the printed ink, your product, and your customers. Lamination can also create a unique combination of materials that allow for sophisticated solutions for all your packaging needs. We’re dedicated to maintaining high standards and thorough testing during our lamination process. Our solventless, single component lamination process is completed using top of the line Nordmechanica and Comexi laminators.
